Claudio Milanesi

Design Director

After studying Art in Italy and obtained his master's degree at Brescia University, Claudio has work there as painter and designer. His works has been objects or several art exhibition and prizes. He started his international career in academic research at the Design and Material innovation department of UofT University located in Canada.
In 2016 he began working in the Asian market handling high-quality design projects including construction supervising of OoEli project: JNBY & GOA Headquarters in Hangzhou (designed by Renzo Piano Building Workshop). In China, in 2019 Claudio founded FORME group.

Diego Paiusco

Managing Director

Diego completed his studies in Italy with a Master’s degree in Structural Civil Engineering at the University of Padua. During his career he has developed considerable experience in the monitoring of existing structures, restoration of Historical Villas, engineering of complex architectural projects, construction materials analysis and developing structural details, working between Europe and America.
In 2016 he began working in China on the realization of important architectural brands projects. Also in China, in 2019 Diego founded FORME group.

Sofia Yang 杨静

Administration Officer

Graduated from the University of Venice, with a master degree in Interpretation and publishing, industrial translation, with English Majors-Band 8 and Italian C2 certificate. Able to communicate in: Chinese, English and Italian. Many years of experience in the field of architectural design, engineering, construction management and interpretation, able to handle all kinds of situation thanks to her experience in archistar’s projects. Since the establishment of the company, she works on administration, business affairs, management, public relationship, translations.
