Main Designer
The conference center developed by our team of designers is designed to fit into a dynamic and modern context as it is located within the Headqarters of an important company in Zhejiang.
The new volume, characterized by large windows and inclined blades, connects two levels and various panoramic terraces communicating by inclined connecting spaces that favor an experience of global use of the spaces for the visitors. A dynamic architectural language draws the shapes of the terraces that welcome spaces dedicated to meeting and dialogue and extend outwards, relating the internal architecture with the urban landscape and the financial context.
The position of the green shrubs is studied and designed in order to provide solar shading during the summer and improve the energy efficiency of the building by helping to filter the light with the blades. Our experts have in fact selected deciduous trees that allow to stop the solar radiation in the summer (when the need is to cool the building). On the contrary, the absence of leaves allows to take advantage of the heat of the sun thanks to the “greenhouse” effect created by the large windows, thus offering significant energy savings in every season.
